Hacienda Baru
Grounds and cabinas.

Often sweltering hot and always humid,
it is nice to have the ocean nearby, after a day of trail hiking,
bird, butterfly and animal watching. Many species are here to see.

The sign on the dirt
road at the entrance way
to Baru clearly marks
the way.

My favorite mode of
transport around Baru
and into the adjacent town
of Domincal (a happening
little surfer town with
Los Angeles misfits).

this mode of transport
as well.
