Panama
Province of Bocas del Toro, en la Isla Colon

We spent two fun nights in Bocas. Jon had a friend that was turning a nice
motel into an ecologically oriented place. Jon negotiated us a great deal of boat
trips, sightseeing, snorkeling and more in exchange for a review of services. Jon
is an expert in eco-tourism development and programs and gave his friend
lots of great feedback. Due to the very wet nature of the trips,
I did not take too many photographs here in Panama. This is not to be
considered my official Panama trip. I wil come back for that in the future...

After crossing the border
into Panama, we took a cab
(this Toyota pickup) the 40
km to the boat that took
us the 5 km to Colon
Island.

This town is up and
coming perhaps, but is
not fully there yet.

That's it, everything you
need to know about Panama.
Here we are back in
Sixaola getting ready to
leave... though Panama
deserves much more
justice than these few
pictures herein...
