The
Hôtel
des Invalides
we
know contains the
remains of the great
Emporer Napoléon.
You can
see the great dome of the
Royal chapel beyond (Dôme
de Invalides). The dome is
107 metres high, and was
completed in 1708.

building is indeed
very impressive. It took
many minutes to walk to
the front gates; it's size
just belittles the distance.
