ground tea powder
in a very specific
motion to produce
a frothy, perfectly
made tea. It is hard

After
the tea ceremony,
we went back to Noni's
parents home for food and
drink. Again, such hosts they
were to take all of us into
their home. For Japanese
society, it is quite a thing,
and quite an honour for us. |

The
food and drink was
fabulous. I thank Bonnie
for inviting me along with
her and introducing me
to such a fabulous group
of people. What a trip.
