Pieces of wonderfully carved ancient stones
lay about all over the place here.

Carved into what looks
like a sea shell, perhaps
this represents the
famed birth of Venus?

broken up it is.

its sides.

This one had lots of very
cool and interesting faces
carved into it. I really liked
this one; and if I could have
carried it perhaps it would
have made a great bench
to sit upon back at my
home in San Francisco.
